Hello, we are Danielle and Thea and we are cousins.

A very warm welcome to our little London-based business. It's called Teedles, which was a nickname for our eccentric and loving grandma who made our South African childhood a lot of fun.

We're super pleased to present you with our range of handmade clothes for young children. They are bright and durable and made with love and attention by talented people in Cape Town, South Africa.

The designs are based on tried and tested items from three generations of our own family. We've worked hard to tweak them so they're extra comfortable and fit just right. Items are made almost exclusively with shweshwe, a very special South African fabric which is 100% cotton, washes like a dream and lasts for ages.

We've worked with very inspiring people to get our clothes made, we so admire them! You can read more about them here.
